How do I get started?
To Start, simply click 'Get Started'. We have an easy online process that will take you through a quick virtual health screening questionnaire to collect information on your medical history and determine your eligibility. Our internal team reviews your information and submits you to our doctors at Beluga Health. They will have a text consult with you and if approved, your prescription will be sent to one of our pharmacies for compounding.
I’m a current OrderlyMeds customer, how do I switch to multi-month?
The options for multiple months will be available on your check in form.
I am not a current OrderlyMeds customer, can I bring my existing prescription to purchase multi-month?
Yes, just select “currently on GLP-1 medication” and you will be able to upload your current prescription on the health screening form. Please note it must be a current prescription (written in the last 60 days) and have your name on the medication and dosage, as well as the date written visible in the picture uploaded.
Do you offer payment plans for multi-month orders?
Currently, we require full payment for each month's medication at the time of ordering. Our service is offered on a month-to-month basis, so you only commit to one month at a time and aren't locked into a long-term financial contract.
What is a Bud?
The Beyond Use Date (BUD) is the date after which a compounded medication should not be used.

What if I want to increase my dose?
This is available for 2, 6 and 12 month plans, as well as our 3 month starter dose vials, but is not an option on the 3, 4, or 5 month extended BUD plans.
