New Year Giveaway
1. ELIGIBILITY
The OrderlyMeds + PEHP New Year Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to:
Legal residents of the United States.
Individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Must be a current PEHP member in good standing.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on January 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the giveaway:
Participants must complete the required form on the New Year Promo Landing Page provided by OrderlyMeds.
Only one entry per person is allowed using a business email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. PRIZES
Gold Tier Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive a $500 gift card.
Silver Tier Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive a $250 wellness gift card.
The total prize value is $2,250. Prizes are transferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except at the sponsor's sole discretion.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected via a random drawing conducted within seven (7) business days after the Promotion Period ends.
Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:
Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Allow OrderlyMeds and PEHP to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Release and hold harmless OrderlyMeds, PEHP, and their affiliates from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of prizes.
7. DATA PRIVACY
Personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with OrderlyMeds' Privacy Policy.
8. GENERAL RULES
OrderlyMeds reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for reasons beyond its control.
Any fraudulent, incomplete, or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
